    Bighorn Sheep

    The bighorn sheep is a species of sheep native to North America. It is named for its large horns. A pair of horns might weigh up to 14 kg; the sheep typically weigh up to 315 lbs. Recent genetic testing indicates three distinct subspecies of Ovis canadensis, one of which is endangered.

    Bull Moose

    The moose or elk is the only species in the genus Alces. It is the largest and heaviest extant species of deer. Most adult male moose have distinctive broad, palmate antlers; most other members of the deer family have antlers with a dendritic configuration. These animals can reach weights up to 1600 lbs.
